Abstract

The title of this thesis is The Land Supplying Execution for Oil Palm Plantation Company Needs Based on PMDN Rule Number 01, 1986 and the Compensation Distribution for Land Right Law Protection in Kabupaten Sanggau, West Borneo. This research is specialized for how the government supplies the land for oil palm plantation company needs and whether the compensation for land supplying execution had created law protection for those who have land owner right, either "ulayat" right or personal land right and other rights which existence are based on legal right according to law. This kind of research is done based on empirical law sources that using primer data as the main sources. The methods that are used in this research are qualitative method and indicative thinking method to take the conclusion about the fact that happen in the society. Based on the result of this research, the writer found the fact that basically the land supplying execution for oil palm plantation company needs in Sanggau, West Borneo had been appropriate with the law. However, the compensation distribution frequently got problem. It is caused by a lot of overland area and land administration order that had not good yet in Sanggau.
