Abstract
This research utilizes explanatory research with that background to reach to the effect research which is to know the effects of consumer behavior on purchasing decision of pension credit at PT National Pension Savings Bank, Yogyakarta, and hypothesis testing. The research variables are as follows: Independent Variables is Culture, Social, Personal, and Psychology, while the Dependent Variable is Purchase Decision of pension credit at PT National Pension Savings Bank, Yogyakarta (Y). This study taken a sample of 400 respondents were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and interviews. Test instruments using validity and reliability testing. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The results showed that: Consumer Behavior(X) have variables Cultural (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), and Psychological (X4) variables have a collective effect on purchasing decision, Consumer Behavior (X) have variables Cultural (X1) and Psychological (X4) have partial effects on the purchasing decision of credit pension at PT National Pension Savings Bank, Yogyakarta (Y). But, variables Social (X2) and Personal (X3) did not have partial effects on the purchasing decision of credit pension at PT National Pension Savings Bank, Yogyakarta (Y).
