Abstract
Employee, what ever there gendre is a one of the important factor for cuontrys development. Every employee have a health rights as a human rights whereever they life. So why the female worker of BMB company did not optimaly use their menstruation leaves like what has been decided between the company and their employee, and how it socialize to the BMB company especially the menstruation leave rules. The research result show that in BMB company, there are no female workers, that take their menstruation leaves even it’s decided in agreement. Giving the employment agreement with the labour association in a pocket book form is one of the way to socialize. The difficult ways to get the menstruation leaves, is one of the hampered for the female workers to get their leaves. The leaves should be given from BMB company for the female workers and the socialitation of the employment agreement with the labourassociaton is held by company and the labour association optimaly.
