Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance. The research was conducted on 60 employees at PT. Citra Sena Sukses Semarang . Based on the result of the regression analysis revealed that motivation and organizational culture significant impact on the organizational commitment, motivation and organizational culture significant impact on the employee performance. Result of analysis revealed that motivation and organizational culture have a effect together on organizational commitment and employee performance.
