Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate effect of leadership style and work motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance development planning at Supiori Distric. Samples used in this study amounted to 37 respondents or all employees of regional development planning agency. The methods used in this sampling is to use saturated samples. Data analysis methods used are regression analysis with path analysis. The results showed leadership style and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in improving employee performance. The influence of leadership style on job satisfaction is significant and positive, influence of work motivation on job satisfaction is significant and positive; influence of leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; effect of motivation on employee performance is significant and positive, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.
