Abstract
Human resources are an important factor that can support the success of an organization to reach the goals to be achieved. Forward-pullback of an organization depends on the performance and quality of human resources. Employee performance will increase when employees have motivation to work and a high level of job satisfaction. In addition, the employee’s performance is also influenced by the career development within the organization. This study was conducted to examine the effect of career development,work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The study was conducted on 50 people in Ministério da Educação PNS de Direcção Nacional do Ensino Superior e Universitario (ME - DNESU) in East Timor. The results of the research that has been done can be seen that: Career development and work motivation has a significant impact on job satisfaction. Career development, work motivation and job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance. The results of analysis on mediation regression are known that the job satisfaction of mediation was a causal relationship between career development and the performance of employees.
