Abstract
Employment dispute resolution trough administrative efforts in the area of Sleman district administration carried out in accordance with the legislation in force. In the past three year there is only one person who took the civil service administration efforts that appeal to the administration Personnel Advisory Board (BAPEK). According to the information received that the civil service diciplinary sanction, the Regional Employment Agency (BKD) Sleman district to respond the objection filed civil servant who have previously submitted an administration persued. After the completion of the cases to be examined BAPEK and, finnaly issued a rulling that strengthens BAPEK earlier ruling.
