Abstract

Mosa as Custom Functionary Institution has important role in the Settlement of Community Land Lawsuit Through Reconcilement Effort for the Society of Custom Law Jerebu’u Subdistrict of Ngada Regency. In the lawsuit settlement by Mosa, there are steps that should be done, which are; complaint from parties, discussion process in the village, summon of parties who have lawsuit, summon and listen to witnesses, reaction, message and advice from Mosa.
