Abstract

The title of the tesis is application of the Tokyo Convention 1963 on flight crime in law number 15 of 2003 on terrorism in Indonesia. Aim to identify and analyze the application of Law No. 15 of 2003 concerning terrorism in Indonesia has been associated with the conventions of Tokyo in 1963.The issue is whether the application of Law No. 15 of 2003 concerning terrorism in Indonesia according to the 1963 convention tokyo. The problem of the thesis that refers to the positive legal norms contained in the legislation. This research based on normative legal research that it is mainly flight Crime contained elements of the crime as set in the Tokyo Convention of 1963, the Hague Convention of 1970 and the Montreal Convention of 1971, keeping in mind the nature and characteristics of international flights, the action and the cost of crime is an act of terrorism. Not all crimes can be categorized as a crime flights terorisme. Therefore to establish a cost of crime is a criminal act of terrorism, or even should be examined first whether the crimes committed there are elements of the crime of terrorism or just an ordinary crime.
