Abstract
Changes in the business environment directing the organization to be proactive in planning the organization's management needs. It is important for organizations to ha•ve the human resources that can support the achievement of overall organizational goals to be able to survive in the current competitive environment. Human resources pla nning become an important function in business organizations today. Recruitment and selection is a series of staffing functions that becomes the focus of every human resource planning. Strategic staffing is based on the management of human resources to support the achievement of organizational goals. Long-term focus in the short term decision-making is an important factor in the human resources planning. This led the organization to pay more attention to the preparation ofjob analysis, reward systems, as well as other factors.
