Abstract

The title of this thesis is the IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROVISION OF STATE LAND OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AND LEGAL PROTECTION IN EAST KUTAI DISTRICT IN EAST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE. Provision of Property Rights on state land can be given to individuals and legal entities. The problem is how the implementation of the provision of Property Rights of state land and whether Properties of state land has been protected by law. The Purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the implementation of the provision of land Property Rights states that have obtained 40 respondents. Implementation of Property Rights of the state land is in conformity with Article 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian/Head of National Land Agency Number 3 of 1999 juncto Article 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian/Head of National Land Agency Number 9 of 1999. Respondents who received the properties of the ground state has obtained the certificate is as many as 35 people and that has not been as much as 2 people. In this research no respondents who experienced a lawsuit.
