Abstract
The title of this research is the impact of standard-setting work hour to target civil servants in regional office staffing agency in Nabire regency. This research is an empirical legal research using primary data as main data and secondary data as supporting data. Interview were conducted with Secretary of Regional Office Staffing and staff of Regional Office Staffing and respondents In this research consisted of 20 civil servants in Regional Office Staffing Agency in Nabire regency and was taken as a sample using random sampling methods. The research result are that in an Regional Office Staffing Agency in Nabire Regency related of standard work hours are not implemented strictly as stipulated in Government Regulation Number, 53, Year 2010 on The Discipline of Civil Servants, but the target has been prepared can be realized well. Monitoring carried out by the leadership at the Regional Office Staffing Agency in Nabire Regency has been carried out but not optimally because there tolerance for violations committed by civil servants there.
