Abstract

Every worker has right for health and safety in the working place such as companies, corporation and so on. The aims of this study is to analyze how the implementation of occupational health and safety workers in PT STCC (Sumatra Tobacco Trading Company). This study are using empirical law study that focused on the behavioural of legal community. This study is held at Mei-Juni 2015 in Pematangsiantar, North Sumatera. The data was collected by direct interview with respondents. The assessment of this study are using primary and secondary legal protocol. The result of this study shown that job training for workers are not conducted completely, there is no specifically accommodation or transport guard for workers who getting accident in workplace, incompletely protective equipment for workers, overlimitedworktime and there is no health insurance for all of the workers. The conclusion of this study is the implementation of occupational of health and safety workers should be reexamined in PT STTC Pematangsiantar.
