Abstract
Indonesia is a country based on law (rechtsstaat) and is not a state based on power alone (machtsstaat). Thus the sound of the first point of the seven state government system are contained in the general explanation of the Law of 1945. The logical consequence of the above principle, is that everything on earth Indonesia should be governed by a set of laws and regulations. The goal is actually good, that for the realization of public order towards a prosperous society and unseen. Rape by R.
