Abstract
Police is an organs of state who maintaining security and enforcing the law in a forms of protecting, nurturing, servicing society, and also enforcing the law. In running their profession, there are Police Officers who violating Police’s ethic code. In this research, the research method that employed by author is normative juridical, that the research is focusing to positive law norms in a shape of statutory regulations. This research is discussing two problems: how is the completion on the violation of ethical code that potentially to crime that performed by Police Officers and how to monitoring this violation of Police’s ethic code. From the research result of completion on violation of Police’s ethic code that potentially to crime will charged to dismissal as Police Officer. Besides that, there are specific importance that being a reason on violation of Police’s ethic code, such as economy factor and also arrogance factor. The monitoring effort on this Police’s ethic code is performed by Propam, while executive monitoring is performed through assignment and reporting mechanism, then parliamentary monitoring is performed through budgeting and sub-commission mechanism, and public monitoring is performed through complaint collection of society through statedepartments.
