Abstract
This study examined the settlement of traffic accidents causing casualties by children using restorative justice approach. The aim of this study was to obtain data on traffic accidents involving minors using restorative justice approach. The researcher employed normative research method, the focus of which was on the positive legal norms in the form of legislation and interviews. In this research, the completion of the traffic accidents involving minors was conducted using a restorative justice approach, in accordance with the legislation No. 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Justice System which states that Juvenile Justice System shall prioritize restorative justice approach. It is not exception for cases of traffic accidents causing casualties by children.
