Abstract
This research aims to find out about the implementation of remission to corruption convicts in prisons Wirogunan, Remission is a reduction in criminal past for convicts. corruption convicts have the rights to be given remission. Based on research in prison wirogunan implementation of remission to corruption convicts in prison Wirogunan has been running effectively in accordance with the law. This research uses normative research methods, normative research methods is research that focuses on the norms of positive law in the form of legislation. Data collections by interviews and legal facts.
