Abstract
The land is a collection of natural body occupying most of the mainland of planet Earth. It is capable of growing the plants and other living beings as a place in his life and customs. The procurement activities of the ground provide a land by giving compensation with a decent and fair to the parties entitled. Land procurement for the public interest aims to provide the land for the execution of development to enhance the welfare and prosperity of the nation, state, and society with legal interest parties guarantees remain eligible. The problems above are formulated into two issues. The first issue is how the implementation of Reparation in the procurement of land for the construction of the campus 2 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Based on Act No. 2 In 2012, about the procurement of Land for development for the benefit of the public at Bantul district. The second issue is whether the implementation of Reparation has been providing legal certainty to the former holder of the property rights over the land. The writer conducted this research with empirical research method. Based on the results of research, the land procurement for the construction of the campus II UIN Sunan Kalijaga at village Guwosari, Pajangan, has entered the stage of the second payment. Based on the data, the construction of the campus II UIN Sunan Kalijaga requires area of 702,942 m2 with a value of damages up to Rp. 235,817,841,572. Guwosari villagers whose land most heavily affected by the procurement of land were Kentolan Lor Village, Watu Gedug, and Kembang Putihan.However, there is one of the villages called Pringgading which was less affected by the development. At the time of the first payment of indemnity granted, one hundred and eighteen people received payments for the first stage with cost seventy-two billion rupiah. Up to now most of the people, who receive money, have been moved out. Some of the affected residents tend to buy a land around Guwosari which is not affected by the procurement of the Land.
