Abstract

Land is a very basic that human need. Human life and activity on the land so that every time people are always in touch with the ground. Demand for land from day to day continues to increase, in line with population growth and the advancement of development in all fields. It is natural and unavoidable because of the amount of land likely to remain and can not be increased. This thesis entitled implementation revenue sharing agreement in Sleman district of Yogyakarta Province. The Problem of this research is how the implementation and execution of an agreement for the division of the proceeds between landowners and tenants were assisted by some temporary farmer. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the obtained data directly from respondents and interviewers. Secondary data consists of primary legal materials and psositive legal norms. Law No. 2 of 1960 contains provisions concerning the definition, the subject of revenue sharing agreements, production sharing agreements, term of the agreement for the results, the rights and obligations of the parties as well as other provisions. Forms Revenue Sharing Agreement specified in Article 3 of Law No. 2 tahun 1960. In Sleman there are many community members who execute the agreement for the produce to meet their basic needs. Under these agreements the side consists of the owners and the tenants even some tenants, because the owner does not only have one but several terraced rice fields. Farmers typically grow all kinds of plants, for example crops, rice and others. Sharing agreement that is based on mutual trust between the two sides has been going on for generations to decline even before the Act No. 2 of 1960 issued.
