Abstract

Land is a very basic that human need. Demand for land from day to day continues to increase, in line with population growth and the advancement of development in all fields. It is natural and unavoidable because of the amount of land likely to remain and can not be increased. This thesis entitled implementation revenue sharing agreement in Sleman district of Yogyakarta Province. The Problem of this research is how the implementation and execution of an agreement for the division of the proceeds between landowners and tenants were assisted by some temporary farmer. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the obtained data directly from respondents and interviewers. Secondary data consists of primary legal materials and psositive legal norms. Law No. 2 of 1960 contains provisions concerning the definition, the subject of revenue sharing agreements, production sharing agreements, term of the agreement for the results, the rights and obligations of the parties as well as other provisions. Forms Revenue Sharing Agreement specified in Article 3 of Law No. 2 of 1960.In Sleman there are many community members who execute the agreement for the produce to meet their of basic needs.
