Abstract

In this day and age many professions to choose women to earn a living, with this there are some jobs that require women to work at night to increase the productivity of the company, such as working in a factory. From that background, so the researchers set about writing the law entitled "Legal Protection Against Women Workers The Work At Night In accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower (Case Study in PT. ADMIRA District Trenggalek)". The aim of this study consists of two things. the first objective of this study is to investigate the implementation of legal protection of women workers who work at night in PT. ADMIRA District Trenggalek, second objective of this study was to determine the factors inhibiting the implementation of the legal protection of female workers who work at night PT. ADMIRA District Trenggalek. the method using research literature empirical data collection and interviews. Respondents used is women workers who do not receive the right to pick and stakeholders PT. ADMIRA. in the writing of this law has been found in two studies. ( 1) implementation of the rights of women workers shuttle does not run well only given mes facilities; (2) there are factors that hinder the implementation of the rights shuttle female workers who work at night in PT. ADMIRA such as: factors impeding employers who do not provide the right to pick only given facility mes, factors inhibiting women workers is the lack of awareness of the risks of working at night, and inhibiting factors of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and District Social Psychology focuses only wages and social security.
