Abstract

Reconstruction is the repetition of criminal acts or events as before. Crime is essentially an act of deliberate or accidental, and done with conscious purposeful to benefit themselves at the expense of others or the public. Investigation is investigating a series of actions in this case and in the manner provided for in this law to find and collect evidence to make light of the evidence that a crime occurred and to find the suspects. Skill and dexterity of the investigator is required both in terms of self penangaan suspects in order not to run away, and the handling of evidence from the scene used in a crime, especially in criminal homicide. To clarify a particular criminal offen secommitted by amurdersuspect, the investigator should complete the paperwork investigati on reportof the suspectto conduct the verificationin the fieldby holding the reconstructionprocess ofthe occurrence of criminal suspectstobe demonstrated directly by itself.
