Abstract

This research's tittle is the rehabilitation policy for criminal act terrorism in law rules of indonesia.This research is to know and analysis the rehabilitation policy in law rules of indonesia and to know the obstacles faced by witness protection agency and victims in applying the rehabilitation victim of criminal act in Indonesia. The method in this research is normative law research that focused on positive law such as legislation rules( primer law material) as the first material and books expert's opinion, mass media, newspaper or magazine (secondary law material) as the supported data. Based in this research that responsibility to rehabilitate victim criminal terrorism act is witness protection agent and victims, by having cooperative with government and private institution.The kinds of rehabilitation given medical rehabilitation, psycology rehabilitation, and psycosocial rehabilitation and the obstacles that faced by witness protection agency and victims that is a lack of knowledges of the victim criminal act terrorism, in getting it's right, normative provisions that still hamper the lack of the understanding of victims, about protection of witness and victims and still lack of cooperation between witness and victim protection institution with government institution
