Abstract

Executions ware carried out in Indonesia are not directly executed after the judge’s decision, but it could be a delay. In this research, the researcher discuss the limitation rule execution on death row execution time. The purpose of this study was to knew how the limitation rule execution on death row execution time and to know is there a problem with the execution time limit. In this research, researcher used normative data obtained from legislations and through intervies. The conclusion is Time limitation rules which have been run in pregnant women, But there are problems that the implementation is not only pregnant women who received a stay of execution.
