Abstract
In the time of globalization provides opportunities to the public to get information about science. era of globalization also indirectly alter society's view of life both positive as well as negative things resulting in the occurrence of new crimes such as crimes of selling human organs. the motive of the crime of selling human organs, one of them is the economic factor. There are some rules that prohibit the sale of human organs, crimes but in law enforcement has not been in accordance ith the provisions of applicable law.
