Abstract

My undergraduate thesis entitle “Investigation Of Ralsifacation Letter Motor Vehicles Criminal Act in Region POLDA DIY’. Goal of this research is to get the data and analybe costa bulary in the investigation of ralsification letter motorvehicle’s criminal act whether it is apporiate with KUHAP rules and PERKAP POLRI NO 14 IN 2012 and get the data and analyze the problems when constabulary tries to investigation ralsification letter motor vehicle criminal act in that is used by the writer is normative legal research. The level of criminality of wealth rield in is high enough. One of the most production of goods of crime product is letter mptpr vehicle. The existence of the letter motor vehicle of crime product make ralfication letter motor vehicle criminal act is existence. The role of local constabulary in regin POLDA DIY is done through preventive and resressive act. Investigation is resresive action. The role of investigation in criminal act of ralsifacation basically has been approriatve with KUHAP and PERKAP POLRI NO 14 IN 2012. The problem encountered in investigation is limination of time, lack of evidence, and other agent not detected.
