Abstract

Perum Perhutani is State Owned Enterprise (SOE), a company engaged in the field of forestry management, utilization and conservation of natural forests have systems Collaborative Forest Resource Management (CBFM). The company not only works to the advantages of the capital owners, but also required to contribute for stakeholders known as Corporate Social Responsibility. This research aims to determine whether the CBFM Perum Perhutani is an implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and what is the CBFM Perum Perhutani in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of Law No. 41 of 1999.To answer the problem, the writer uses the empiric method, this research focusing at law in action. The results of this research, CBFM is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility conducted by Perum Perhutani, and is based on Law No. 41 of 1999 but not only cooperate with cooperatives but expand with LMDH, and stakeholders. The writer gives advice to Perum Perhutani in CBFM implementation can make the people in this regard LMDH (Forest Village Community Institution) can enter the global market. In implementing the policy can be done even if not / has not been set in concrete by legislation as long as it does not conflict with law.
