Abstract

Terrorism is an extraordinary crime that is organized and structured. Terrorism cases often occur in Indonesia because many radical ideologies propagated by terrorists and terrorist organizations, both domestically and from abroad. In addition to radical ideologies, support in the form of financing of terrorism has become one of the most important factors into supporting any terrorist activities. That's the cause of the crime of terrorism is still difficult to eradicate. based on the description and analysis can be concluded that the efforts of the police in tackling the financing of terrorism a criminal offense can be done by blocking or freezing of funds, in addition to the Contra radicalism, counter-narrative, and de-radicalization is expected to prevent the crime of terrorism flourish. A funding criminal acts of terrorism do not necessarily rely on the police or other law enforcement, but intervention and community care will live safely and peacefully is the key factor in the prevention of terror activities.
