Abstract

College certificate detention by the company have negative impacts, one consequence is the loss of a diploma belonging to workers due to negligence on the part of companies. This resulted in a loss for workers who wish to obtain another job that is more feasible. For that we need the compensation of the company to the workers about the negligence eliminate the certificate, the aim of this study to determine the proper form of responsibility given to workers. The method used in the study of this law is a normative legal method, which focuses on the positive legal norms in the form of legislation in this Book of the Law of Civil Law. Research results obtained by the compensation given by the company to workers for damages in material and immaterial. Materially, the company provides a sum of money as compensation due to the negligence of former workers who lose diploma can not obtain a decent job for a period of three years. Is immaterial, the company replace the missing certificate with a letter of certificate replacement
