Abstract
In the middle of global economic condition and Indonesia, access to the financial services sector remains a major problem for society in Indonesia. Hence based on these problems, the handling of consumer complaints is the main thing soon be addressed by the Financial Services Authority. Then based on the above background, this study entitled : Analysis of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 1/POJK.07/2013 on Consumer Protection Financial Services Sector in Effort Gives Consumer Protection. Accordance legal problematics, this study uses normative law research. Ways of collecting data using literature study and interview sources. The thought process used was deductive which is a process drawing conclusions with regard of thinking taken from the statement of a specific nature, in this case with regard to legislation on financial services authority, facilitation of dispute resolution of consumer complaints, and ends on the results of research on policies in the financial services authority to receive complaints = and provide facilities for the settlement of consumer complaints.
