Abstract

Conflicts among students more familiar with the brawl between students in this era probably is not a strange phenomenon among certain communities. However, for people who understand education or people who are directly related to the implementation of education certainly anxious participate in monitoring the phenomenon. Cases of conflict between students, the school as an educational institution that is home to both learners should be intensified to overcome existing problems. Conflict management is an appropriate way to address this, because the conflict is a reality that can not be avoided, so it should be managed. This is a good strategy to be implemented and developed considering the case of brawl between students in schools in Indonesia is still very rife and difficult to control. This research was conducted in order to determine and obtain data regarding the process of legal action by law enforcement authorities (police) to individual students melakakun criminal action. To know Yogyakarta Police efforts in preventing anarchy conducted individual students, as well as the constraints experienced by the police in tackling violence committed by unscrupulous students in the city of Yogyakarta.
