Abstract

Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual power of religion, self-control, personality, good values, and skills needed him, society, nation and state. the realization of discipline can not be separated from the role of parents and educators. Disciplinary punishment is not to make students understand that the prisoner for his mistakes through suffering or to scare through the threat of disciplinary punishment that does not imitate or do it in order to have influence educate every sentence. actions of teachers who are providing discipline for the good pupil criminalized worthy goal to be able to know the teacher who is giving the discipline for the good pupil worthy criminalized. This type of research is a kind of normative legal research and concluded the teacher who was carrying out his profession as an educator in school is disciplining students can not be convicted because of disciplinary action the students will be educated properly.
