Abstract

The Law writing/ Thesis is entitled THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LIABILITY OMISSION REGISTRATION OF MORTGAGE RIGHT FOR OWNERSHIP BASED ON LAW NO 4 OF 1996 JUNCTO PP NO 24 OF 1997 IN SLEMAN DISTRICT with the formulation of the problem: how the implementation of liability omission registration on land property rights in Sleman Regency and what obstacles encountered in the implementation of the registration. Based on the research, it is found that the implementation of liability omission of mortgage rightin Ngaglik Subdistrict, Sleman Regency in 2015 is done in several ways; there are One Day Service, Special Region Yogyakarta Society Service (LARIS), and Land Deed Official (PPAT) Service. It is still based on Article 22 of Law No.4 of 1996 regarding Mortgage Right for Land and Related Objectsin accordance to the regulation.
