Abstract

The developments of Narcotics Crime have increased, most ofthe victims are children. This is becaUYe children do not have a deep knowledge ofthe narcotics, with his youthful spirit who has a curiosity so great that young people, especially children under the age of becoming an easy target aims to find out can penalized for children as actors of arcotics, narcotic consumption, as well as courier 0/narcotics without having to remove the rights ofchildren The method is performed in this thesis is a normative method The jOcus ofthis research is based on a comparison with the law on childprotection with the latest narcotics law.Based on the Low on Narcotics, criminal sanctionsjOr children as perpetrators crime ofnarcotics with returned to parents / guardians from the children and the children must attend rehabilitation social or rehabilitation medical.
