Abstract

The Immature children does require special attention and protection for their rights. Means to give special attention and its protection by giving guardianship to them when doing the deeds of the law. Particularly related to legal protection for beneficiaries who are immature in the perspective of the book of the law of civil law The type of research that is done is the normative legal research i.e. Research which focuses on a positive form of legal norms and regulations. Types of data used include primary law, secondary legal materials and legal materials tertiary. Protection for immature heirs related to treasure relics or beneficiary that he obtained, namely in the form of getting custody of parents whose lives longer based on the determination of the Court. Functions of the trust to represent the child in the deeds of the law in stages of separation or Division of property remains.
