Abstract

Violation by motorist in Sleman district from time to time has increased, It's not just got the who capable law but also children. This is caused by parents habits who let their child drives a motor vehicle without have a license. Writer encouraged to make research on criminal sanctions appropriate to children asa' drivers of motor vehicle that causes the death. Writer use the kind of raw normative research where use the literature study and an interview to obtain dpta. Based on the provisions of Article 7 ofLaw Number 11 Year 2012 writer can conclude· that the sanction right .to be applied to a child as motorist who causing death ofa person is by using diversion.
