Abstract

This undergraduate thesis is about "The Implementations of Law Sanctions toward Children that Commit Sexual Harassment". This research is aim to know how the law sanctions are given toward the children that commit sexual harassment by the court and its obstacles on giving such sanctions. Type of this research is normative law that focused on positive law norms that based on constitution. Data on this research are collected by library study and interview method. Result of this research shows that the implementation of penal code towards the children that commit sexual harassment has provided the legal protection against the children. The realization of this legal protection is regulated by certain condition and distinguished from adult sexual harassment sanctions. Sexual harassment that commit by children above 14 years old will get half time sentences from the maximum sentences of the age.
