Abstract

One form of working capital loans that BRI has been launched today is the credit for micro business, small and medium enterprises, and cooperatives in the form of People's Business Credit (KUR). The presence of the People's Business Credit, the government re-provide various facilities for SMEs. Some of them are resolution of problem loans of micro business, small and medium lending up to 500 million. KUR guarantee of 70% was closed by the government through PT. Indonesian Credit Insurance (Askrindo) and Business Support Company. Writing this law has the objective to know the remedies taken by banks against borrowers who do default in the execution of loan agreements people's business. Research location in Bantul District with research subjects in the BRI Unit Sewon. The collection of data obtained with bibliography study and field research through interviews. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods, namely the data obtained through field research and literature study, after selected based on the problems, then developed systematically and viewed for compliance with applicable regulations, to further concluded, in order to obtain an overview and clear answers to the problems studied. Based on the results of research and discussion, BRI Unit Branch Sewon Bantul personalized approach. If the personal approach does not work, BRI Unit Sewon Bantul branch gives the debtor a period of time to find your own potential buyer of the object guarantees. However, if after a certain period the debtor did not find a buyer, the BRI Unit Sewon Bantul branch will help find a buyer.
