Abstract
In this legal writing the legal problem was concerning on how the punitive law responsibility to the rehabilitated perpetrator of narcotic misuse and the barriers in the efforts of rehabilitation of narcotic misuse. The purpose of this research was to find out the punitive law responsibility to the perpetrator of narcotic misuse and to find out the barriers in rehabilitation. The method of research author used was normative legal type focused on the norm as well as the result of research that had been appropriate to regulations referred by the author as the reference in compiling this legal writing.
