Abstract

The title of tis research was The Implementation of Credit Agreement by Land Rights Guarantee in PT. BPR Danagung Ramulti, in line to the determination of Article 13 of Acts Number 4 of 1996 on Guarantee Rights, that every guarantee right is obliged to register by the part who provide the guarantee right. However there are in a great number of creditor have not conducted it; their consideration was to save the cost and making easy in providing credit in PT. BPR Danagung Ramulti, wherein it only register the debt above IDR 50,000,000.00. The purpose of this legal writing was to know how legal effort of PT. BPR Danagung Ramulti towards the debtor as guarantee provider of guarantees rights who conduct bad conduction in the implementation of credit agreement. The type of this research was empirical legal research, i.e. a research by conducting approach to the studied problem As the main data was source person and respondents. The data source used in this research was primary and secondary data. The method of analysis used in this research was qualitative. From the description aforementioned above, it can be concluded, the implementation of credit agreement by land rights guarantee in PT. BPR Danagung Ramulti was there are registered and unregistered guarantee. The solution conducted to overwhelm the bad conduction is not resolved through legal procedure; instead it is resolved through familial procedure through the written and verbal reprimand.
