Abstract

The objective of this study is the researcher want to evaluate the financial condition of the twenty one Indonesia multinational companies, that both of them are go public companies, based from Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009- 2015, through their Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and also Profitability Index that they got each of the year . Twenty one Indonesia multinational companies that being used in this research are : Delta Djakarta (DLTA), Nippon Indosari Corpindo (ROTI), Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna (HMSF), Sepatu Bata (BATA), Asahimas Flat Glass (AMFG), Ace Hardware (ACES), Unilever (UNVR), Astra International Indonesia (ASII), Gunawan Dianjaya Steel (GDST), Holcim Indonesia (SMCB), Indocement (INTP), Keramika Indonesia Asosiasi (KIA), Lion Metal Works (LION), Surya Toto Indonesia (TOTO), Voksel Elektrik (VOKS), Gajahtunggal (GJTL), Darya Varia (DVLA), Mandom (TCID), Merck (MERK), Indomobil Sukses International (IMAS), dan Tunas Ridean (TURI). The methods that being used to evaluating the data are regression, calculating the Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and Profitability Index through Microsoft Excel software, scenario analysis, and also sensitivity analysis. All of the methods and analysis are tested using SPSS 20 for Windows and Microsoft Excel software
