Abstract

This thesis entitles The Role of Independent CV.Srikandi Mandiri In Providing Legal Protection Against Domestic Workers. The problem raised was how the role of Independent CV.Srikandi Mandiri against domestic workers who were persecuted by his employer and how the legal protection provided by the Independent CV.Srikandi Mandiri against domestic workers, the legal research was to understand the role of Independent CV.Srikandi Mandiri of domestic workers who were persecuted by her employer and find out the legal protection provided by CV.Srikandi Mandiri to domestic workers. Results from the writing of this law is expected to provide input in science thinking in the field of employment law. Type of legal research is a normative legal research. The method of analysis used in this study with the understanding and analysis of stringing words systematically collected, while for the process of reasoning in drawing conclusions used method of deductive reasoning. The results of this study is that the role of the worker is CV.Srikandi Mandiri as the dealer is as a facilitator whose task is to facilitate the worker, to monitor for the rights of workers and employers met by the party responsible for the protection and safety of workers. Legal protection covers the protection of fundamental rights of labor, morals, safety and health.
