Abstract

A model of development for the inmates at the prison can not be separated from the dynamics, which aims to give more provisions for prisoners in facing life after serving a sentence (free). System development and coaching goals established in accordance with the provisions of Act – Act Number 12 Year 1995 on Corrections that the correctional system is implemented based on the principles of coaching: aegis, equation treatment and services, education, coaching, respect the dignity of man, the loss of independence is one - only suffering, the assurance of the right to keep in touch with family and others. Implementation and development goals are essentially addressed to the prison to build and foster awareness of the prisoners in religion, nation, obedient to the law. Prisoners are a man who is part of a society that is separated from its mother and for a specific time that is processed in a particular place for the purpose and method according to the penal system. Prisoners under Act – Act Number 12 Years 1995 Article 1 paragraph (7) is a convict who is serving a criminal lost independence Penitentiary. Prisons as a law enforcement institution, is the estuary of the criminal justice convict prison to the prisoners. Act – Act Number 12 Years 1995 issued essentially useless for prisoners as human beings and should be treated well and humanely in the development of an integrated system.
