Abstract

The title in this law assignment is “Upaya Hukum PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Nabire dalam Menyelesaikan Tunggakan Rekening Listrik di Kabupaten Nabire Periode Tahun 2013- 2016. The problem about This study uses Normative Legal Research Methods that originate in legislation related to the efforts of PT PLN (Persero) in settling arrears of electricity bills is universal problem that happen in every each region of Indonesia for implementation of it and the provision of business. Certainly, This problem is caused by different factors, which can be influenced by internal factors in a region of electric power. This research uses Normative Legal Research Methods that originate in legislation related to the efforts of PT PLN (Persero) for solving arrears of electricity bills which relies in primary and secondary as support. This research definitely for determine how about the implementation of PT. PLN Persero Rayon Nabire as host for electricity in Nabire Region solving the problem of electricity arrears are influenced by internal factors and lack of consumer awareness in the region of Nabire Regency, so that the purpose of PT PLN (Persero) as BUMN engaged in the field of electricity achieved in accordance with the purpose of its establishment. At the end of this research, the result is that PT.PLN (Persero) Rayon Nabire attitude with the local government in conducting cooperative relationship in the form of consolidation in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Electricity Law, for the purpose of PT PLN (Persero) in Article 2 paragraph 2 The Electricity Law can be realized in Nabire Region it also to reach making of profit in the services provision electricity that well and good quality enough can creating in Nabire Region.
