Abstract

Persons with disability is any person who experiences physical limitations, intellectual, mental, sensory and/or in a prolonged period of time which, in interaction with the environment may encounter obstacles and difficulties to participate fully and effectively with citizens of other countries based on equality. However, there will be a new legal issues related to the realization of the rights of persons with Physical Disability Fulfillment As the perpetrator of the criminal offence by the police in the city of Yogyakarta.
