Abstract
Indonesia is a country with the most economically underprivileged people, many people whose lives are in shortage so that some are willing to sell themselves to certain people to earn money. While the crime of human trafficking No. 21 year 2007 on the eradication of criminal acts of Trafficking in Persons, Because of this factor the police have to work extra to cope with the trafficking of women kususnya people in order not to continue growing. It takes the role of the police to overcome it as regulated in Law No.2 year 2002 on the police of the Republic of Indonesia, in carrying out its role of police, especially the Bantul police conducts two efforts in the form of; prevention and Repressive efforts (efforts after the crime).
