Abstract

The writing of this law entitled Government Oversight Against Palm Oil Plantations in Sintang District. Formulation The problem of this legal writing is how government efforts in overseeing oil palm plantation activities in order to prevent the occurrence of pollution and environmental damage in Sintang District. What are the constraints faced by the government in overseeing the activities of oil palm plantations in order to preserve the environmental function in Sintang District.
