Abstract

Illegal charges may occur one is due to economic factors, whether macroeconomic or microeconomic. Illegal charges that are often found in microeconomics is a illegal accusation by parking officer. This research is a form of juridical-normative, which refers to the law norms in laws regulations. In the city of Yogyakarta, Department of transportation and Polresta Kota Yogyakarta is a criminal law enforcement officer who uphold the illegal charges by parking officer. In fact, criminal law enforcement is conducted by the two agencies still have not been harmonized so that criminal law enforcement against illegal charges be not maximum. There are some of the obstacles face, that are; the lack of personnel to conduct monitoring, the presence of the person who ran away, the presence of the person who assisted by criminal law enforcement officers, and the lack of public participation is actively and directly in helping eradicate illegal charges.
