Abstract

PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Balinusais a manufacturing company that produce beverages in carbonated packaging such as Coca - Cola ,Sprite, and Fanta in the form of plastic packaging and glass bottles. Marketing place of PT. Coca-Cola Balinusa covers Bali and Nusa Tenggara region. The company has never conducted a measurment or analysis of its productivity in terms of evaluating company profit before and after replacement their packaging machine.The performance productivity and profitability of the company is done by looking at the results of the target achievement and profit whether it is appropriate or not. Therefore, it is necessary to measure it with the right method so that the level of productivity and profitability of the company can be known and become the basis for improving the planning to increase the productivity in the future. To determine the level of productivity and profitability PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Balinusa whether to increase or decrease it is necessary to measure productivity using the methods of the American Produktivity Center (APC model). The data required for productivity analysis is taken from the year 2015 until 2016. The result of the analysis of productivity measurements have shown that productivity level in 2016 at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Balinusa after replacement machine increased by 1,15% from the base year, level of profitability increased by 4,30% from the base year, and the price improvement index in 2016 increased by 1.03%.
