Abstract

Engineering service workers is a task force whose activities covering prevention work and handling power failures for both customers and distribution network system. In Indonesia, the number of cases of occupational accidents that happened to engineering service workers are quite high. This brings attention to the employer, that is PT PLN Persero APJ Yogyakarta, in terms of improving occupational safety and health. The formulation of the issue is; How implementation engineering service workers’ right of occupational safety and health in PT PLN Persero APJ Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this paper is empirical law research with supported primary and secondary data. Therefore, method think this research is a inductive method of think. According to the research conducted by the writer, implementation engineering service workers’right of occupational safety and health in PT PLN Persero APJ Yogyakarta has not yeen completed according to regulation PERMENAKER number PER/08/MEN/VII/2010 article 8 and regulation number 1 year 1970 concerning Occupational Safety.
